For Upgrades

Refunds: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds after delivery. However, rest assured that all licenses, keys, and codes are genuine and 100% safe. PS. We are not responsible for fees at the refund 👍

Replacements: If any codes or upgrades do not work, we will replace them promptly.🔄

Lifetime Warranty: All personal upgrades come with a warranty within the period bought. If we detect that you're attempting to use the same license twice, you'll be blacklisted from future purchases. Our warranty is a guarantee from NordicBay! However, If our method suddenly gets completely patched, will we not be responsible for it. It is unlikely🛡️

Delivery: Once you've made your purchase, simply make a ticket in our Discord server, and we'll do our best to provide instant delivery within one hour. In the worst-case scenario, delivery may take up to 24 hours.🚀

Customer Support: If you need help with your key, license, or code, or if you have any questions, don't hesitate to join our Discord server. We're here to help!💬

For Cracked Accounts and Partially Upgrades

🙏 Be Nice: When you contact us, please be respectful. We won't be able to help you if you spam us with requests for replacements.🤝 Also Applies for Upgrades

💬 Negative Feedback: If you leave negative feedback or open a dispute without contacting us first for a solution, your refund or delivery will be impacted. In most cases, everything can be resolved by simply communicating with us first.🗣️ Also Applies for Upgrades

💸 Refunds: If we fail to deliver your item, you have up to 24-48 hours to ask for a refund, no questions asked. However, if the item has already been delivered successfully, we will not be able to provide a replacement.💰

❌ No Toxicity: Please refrain from being toxic in our Discord server, emails, or Discord tickets. Doing so will result in the removal of your warranty for any products bought from us.🚫 Also Applies for Upgrades
